Thermoforming Packaging (FFS) Machine - AT-FFS (FORM-FILL-SEAL)

In thermoforming packaging machines, the products to be packaged can be packed and boxed without direct contact. Our ma chines can be designed in different capacities and with various options. For cup models: Water, Lemonade, Fruit Juice, Yogurt, etc. For picnic models: Honey, Jam, Tahini-Molasses, Butter, Chocolate (single-color or dual-color), Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Cream Cheese, and similar sauces. With ground film winding, it is possible to wind the bottom and top foils at much larger diameters and separately. If desired, a system can be set up including carton opening and closing, allowing products to be boxed without human contact. As optional features, the following systems can be integrated at the end of the line or directly into the machine: Metal Detector, X-Ray, Weight Control, Labeling, Palletizing, and Pallet Stretch Wrapping Systems.
